The book *"The 5 Love Languages"* by Dr. Gary Chapman discusses five primary ways people express and receive love. According to Chapman, each person has one or more dominant love languages, and understanding the love language of a partner or loved one can improve relationships.

Here is a summary of the five love languages:

1. **Words of Affirmation**: Expressing love through positive words, praise, and verbal support. People with this love language feel loved when they hear words of appreciation and affection.

2. **Acts of Service**: Showing love through actions that help or ease the partner’s burden, such as doing household chores or offering assistance. People with this love language feel loved through practical acts, not just words.

3. **Receiving Gifts**: Expressing love through meaningful gifts. It’s not about the material value but the thought and effort behind the gift.

4. **Quality Time**: Spending time together with full attention and emotional presence. People with this love language feel loved when their partner or loved one gives them undivided attention and exclusive time.

5. **Physical Touch**: Showing love through physical touch, such as hugging, kissing, or holding hands. For people with this love language, physical contact is the primary way they feel loved.

Chapman emphasizes the importance of understanding the love language of your partner or those around you to build stronger and more harmonious relationships.

Why do I feel that all five love languages are dominant for me? And why do I want all of them?

Wanting all the love languages means I value balance in relationships, responding to words of affirmation, acts of service, gifts, quality time, and physical touch because they all enhance the sense of connection and depth in the relationship.  

I need a great capacity to give and receive love.

That doesn't mean I'm greedy, right?
